Inca Trail - Peru
Medium Grade Challenges
Put a check mark beside your next bucket list adventure! Trek through the Peruvian Andes on the path of ancient significance and astounding engineering marvels. Or cycle the historic tow path along the Potomac River through Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Take in the majesty of the Grand Canyon and test your fortitude by descending into the river bed below. Couple each challenge with a purpose beyond the adventure alone, but a cause to make a difference.
Medium Grade Challenges will trek below 14,000 ft and have sustained activity of up to 7 hours per day. Hiking distances average below 10 miles per day and cycling under 70 miles per day. These adventures require regular physical activity, and should be approached with a regular training regiment.
Remember this. Hold on to this. This is the only perfection there is, the perfection of helping others. This is the only thing we can do that has any lasting meaning. This is why we're here.
