Supporting the Cause through Adventure

An adventure trip provides a unique way to engage your friends and family in following your achievements and supporting a cause to benefit others. It may be intimidating and feel awkward to ask other people for money, but doing so can open up an opportunity for others. It allows them to engage with the a part of the world and a project they may not otherwise know about, while knowing they were part of making a difference in the lives of others.

This page will highlight ideas and chronicle ways that others have used to raise funds for their adventure trip's charitable cause. Just as you train for the adventure, it will take effort for the team to reach the fundraising goal. At the end of the trip, there will be more to celebrate than a completed adventure... the satisfaction of knowing you made a difference in the lives of others.
